Check-In
Guests may check in from 2.00 pm onwards or earlier by prior arrangement.
Check-out
Rooms need to be vacated by 10.00 am on your date of departure.
We need to prepare rooms for the next guests.
If you have evening flights, we can store your luggage and you are welcome to relax in the lounge or pool area.
Late checks-outs can only be arranged if there are no new guests booked into your room or if we know the arrival time of the new guest/s.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 Days or more , guest forfeit 25% of booking value.
- Cancellation 21-29 days prior to arrival guests forfeit 60% of the booking value.
Cancellation 14-21 days prior to arrival guests forfeit 75% of the booking value. - Cancellation 7-14 days prior to arrival guests forfeit 80% of the booking value.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival guests forfeit 100% of booking value. - In addition to any cancellation fee that may be payable above, 13.5% of the total booking value will be charged as an admin fee for processing cancellations.
Deposits
Please be advised that a 50% deposit secures a booking. The banks electronic confirmation of deposit can be emailed to info@summitplaceguesthouse.co.za
Our Covid-19 Policy
We have had the whole property professionally cleaned to ensure we are Covid -19 free.
Our staff are checked daily as are our guests when they stay with us.
Because of the property layout we are able to practice the required social distancing for the safety of all.
